POSITION SUMMARY: Provide support to Accpac and Payroll users,with ability to implement Accpac and Payroll,assist in training,,planning consulting for new installations,implementation and upgrades.
REQUIREMENT:Graduate,BSc(minimum 2-1) or HND (upper credit) in Computer science or accounting with one to three years experience using or troubleshooting Accpac product or Payroll system ,software programming knowledge is required or accounting.
RESPONSIBILITYrovide phone,modem and on-site support to Accpac and payroll users.
Act as project manager for new installations of Accpac and payroll system,must have experience working with most computer operating systems,including network servers.
Assist in accounting data gathering from client,design and creation of data for import and export.
Assist marketing staff in product demonstration to potential customers.
