Though I ven't been on this site for too long. But I ve seen jobs come and go, and I actually got a job through the site. I don't know how U̶̲̥̅̊ pick ur admin but I wld really like to know the criteria.

U̶̲̥̅̊ may ask, y do I want to be an admin? Simply, U̶̲̥̅̊ wld like to enforce strict compliance to d rules and regulations of d site...handle issues like, spamming, fake job jobs, and other unethical behaviours.

Just ζƠ̴̴͡.̮Ơ̴̴̴͡ me as the Executive arm and while U̶̲̥̅̊ and d rest of the gang could be d legislatures.
