DVt, U hv been doing a very 1daful job, very very 1daful, d new NHJ not only looks new but functions well, there is higher NHJobbers participation...gr8 I must say.

After discussing with a few of my NHJ pals who say they've been mistaken on a number of occasions for the oda gender, which to me is like a mistaken identity, I think the gender symbol that used to be affixed close to a users ID should come back.

This is to aid us address one anoda properly, and foster a closer bond within forums.
