PROJECT MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION
Whenever we decide we want to do something, build something, achieve something, we need to know the answer to some questions. What are we trying to do? When are we starting? What do we need? Can we do it alone, or do we need help? How long will it take? How much will it cost? These are typical questions asked at the start of any project and the answers to these questions are the building blocks of project management - defining what we want to do and working out the best way we can do it.

PRINCE2 Project Management Certification
This framework is owned and being maintained by the British Government’s Office of Government Commerce (OGC), PRINCE2 is a process-based approach for project management providing an easily tailored and scalable method for the management of all types of projects. Structured project management means managing the project in a logical, organized way, following defined steps. A structured project management method is the written description of this logical, organized approach. PRINCE2 is a structured project management method.

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
PMP stands for Project Management Professional. It is the sum of knowledge within the profession of project management and it includes proven traditional practices that are widely applied, as well as innovative practices that are emerging in the profession. PMP certification is offered by PMI (Project Management Institute) in the United States of America. By undergoing the certification process and achieving a PMP qualification you will have demonstrated your knowledge of the PMP method to a recognized examined standard.

OIL AND GAS PROJECT MANAGEMENT TRAINING
