PHH Consult is recruiting to fill the position of: Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor Location: Lagos Key Task and Responsibilities • Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times. • Deal with any guest requests and problems and satisfy their needs within acceptable guidelines. • Prepare reports; handle special projects and assignments as required. • Maintain all essential front desk equipment and supplies. • Manage and resolve all guest complaints and compliments in a professional and courteous manner. .
