Job Position: Director, Result-Based Planning and Advocacy.
Location: Northern Nigeria
Job description:
  • coordinates the work of the project support team for better performance measurement and tracking among state teams and LGA clusters
  • support transformational change to deepen our engagement with key leaders in government
  • shall be the point person to coordinate heath systems straightening (HSS) governance, policy and health information system
  • emphasize more on the crucial role of advocacy around greater sustainability of TSHIP interventions in MNCH/FP/RH
  • oversee the use of evidence based models and techniques for development of annual work plans
  • provide skilled technical assistance to project staff and partner organisation in Bauchi and Sokoto states

Qualification:
  • Higher degree in public health or a related field
  • fluent in Hausa and English
  • familiarity with USAID and Donors
  • excellent communication skills both written and oral
