Position – M&E Nurse

Minimum Qualification – BNSc/Post Basic nursing certificate
Required Experience - 1year

Key Performance Areas:

ü Involved in all new QA Clinical activities and in all Clinical QA related trouble shooting
ü Manages and maintains databases for the quality system and prepares/assists in preparation of annual reports and quality trending reports
ü Reports the status of the quality levels of operations and participates in improvement programs
ü Participates in the evaluation of quality events, incidents and possible complaints and the follow-up activities
ü Keep up to date with all related quality legislation and compliance issues
Qualifications/Experience:
Ø A university degree in Nursing Science or at least a post basic certificate from NMCN
Ø Good interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
Ø Minimum of 1 year post qualification work experience in a clinical environment.
Ø Strong organizational skills with good time management.

Knowledge:
· Familiarity with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· A diploma in Public Health is an added advantage
