Job Position: Premises Officer
Job Description:
  • responsible for the premises infrastructure
  • supervision of premises related staff and head of maintenance
  • supervision and control of all premises related expense
  • negotiate lease agreement
  • deals with supplier and other external interlocutors
  • responsible for all premises related filling and statistics
  • follow up utility bills of our premises
  • coordinates with maintenance team on work in the premises

Qualification:
  • University degree in administration or any other relevant field
  • good communication skills
  • computer literate
  • good management skills
  • good negotiation skills
