Restaurant Manager
Qualification and General Requirement


  • B.Sc or HND in Hotel & Catering, Food Science, Business Administration or any related discipline from a reputable Tertiary Institution
  • Should have graduated with a minimum Second Class lower qualification
  • Must have at least 4 years relevant experience in the hospitality or Food services Industry
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must display strong leadership qualities


Assistant/Trainee Restaurant Managers
Qualification and General Requirement


  • B.Sc or HND in Hotel & Catering, Food Science, Business Administration or any related discipline from a reputable Tertiary Institution
  • Should have graduated with a minimum Second Class upper qualification
  • Must have at least 2 years relevant experience in the hospitality or Food services Industry
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must display strong leadership qualities



Unit Accountant

Qualification and General Requirement


  • B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Banking & Finance or any related discipline from a reputable Tertiary Institution
  • Should have graduated with a minimum Second Class Lower qualification
  • Must have at least 2 years post-NYSC work experience in a related role



Inventory Officer
Qualification and General Requirement


  • A minimum of an ND in Accounting, Business Administration or any related discipline from a reputable Tertiary Institution. SSCE Holder will relevant work experience can apply.



Cooks: At least 5 years experience as a cook in a reputable hospitality organization plus diploma in Catering and hospitality Management


Pastry Cooks: At least 5 years experience as a pastry cook in a reputable hospitality organization plus a diploma in Catering related discipline


Bakers: At least 5 years experience as a baker in a bread/pastry factory


Cashiers: Minimum of SSCE qualification. Experience is required


Lobby Hosts: Minimum of SSCE qualification. Experience is required


Kitchen Assistants: Minimum of SSCE qualification. Related working experience will be of advantage


Driver: At least 5 years driving experience in an organized sector. Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license.
