Minimum Required Experience:
2 years significant experiences or training as an Administrative officer.


Job Description and Responsibilities:


· Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails;

· Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors;

· Liaison with attorneys concerning HR policies;

· Work with partners, associates, and client managers to develop more efficient and effective processes and policies;

· Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules;

· Ensures the maintenance of office equipment and machinery, including copier, generator set;

· Develops administrative staff by providing information, and experiential growth opportunities;

· Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions;
· Ensures that the office environment is kept in good condition through effective supervision of personnel in charge of cleaning;
· Receiving and directing visitors to appropriate office;
· Ensure timely delivery of office supplies for the entire staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions;
· Responsible for monitoring and replenishing stock level of office materials such as paper, toner, office pins, folder etc;
· Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results;

· Supervise the maintenance of the company calendar with regard to employee time off;

· Supervise the maintenance of the employee handbook, company records, employee insurance benefits, employee time off benefits and compliance with all state and federal guidelines.
