1. PROPERTY OFFICER

Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring the proper mainenance of the company's infrastructure and equipment in a good condition.
  • Follow up maintenance personnel to ensure timely response and resolution of identified power and structural maintenance complaints within the company facilities.

Requirements: B.SC, OND, HND, AND SSCE



2. SECURITY OFFICER


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure effective security coverage of the outlet 24 hours daily.
  • Monitor movement of items and vehicles in and out of the Outlet.

Skills/Qualifications: SSCE, OND



3. CONTINENTAL CHEF:


Responsibility:


  • Be in charge of continental cuisine.

Qualification: OND, HND, BSC. or Relevant catering qualification


4. PRODUCTION OFFICER

Responsibility:


  • Ensure that production is done according to the recipe.
  • Place orders from store for products required for daily basis.
  • Enforce cleanliness of production environment day and night.

Qualification: OND, HND, B.sc. or relevant catering qualification



5. LOBBY OFFICER



Responsibility:


  • Ensure the cleanliness of the lobby and all the furniture.
  • Give warm reception to customers as they come into the outlet.
  • Take customers orders and place such requests to sales officers.

Qualification: SSCE, OND


6. ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER

Responsibility:


  • Ensure the cleanliness of the Kitchen and the Outlet environment.
  • Assist production staff in keeping kitchen equipment clean

Qualification: SSCE



7. SALES OFFICER
Responsibility:


  • Attend to customers/distributors.
  • Ensure quality of products before sales.
  • Recording all daily sales on sales book

Qualification: SSCE, OND
