A telecom company in Lagos is seek to recruit resourceful Retail Sales Representatives and Marketing Executives to boost its sales capacity and expand its business.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving Orders and fulfilling Sales
• Responsible for sales of all products under product and communicating to the Divisional Head.
• Monitor and report back products stock levels at customer premises as well as competitor’s stock levels.
• Collect customer orders and coordinate with Sales Coordinator for the dispatch of the goods to the customer.
• Keep track of customers to ensure timely collections, placement of sales orders, monitor their performance, monitor monthly movement product wise.
• Ensure customer credit balances are monitored on a periodical basis. Regularly review and ensure customer credits are within their pre-agreed credit limits with Divisional Head.
• Identify slow-moving items and dead stock and replace it by new items at customers shop/shelves.
• Responsible for all sales activities in assigned territory
• Discover new opportunities constantly with both stand-alone and chain accounts within established region
• Prepare a variety of sales status reports that include activity, follow-up
• Communicate new service and product opportunities, feedback, special developments, or information collected during field activity to designated personnel

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of OND
• Ability to persuade and convince others
• Ability to build and deliver presentations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Should have a pleasant personality
• Female preferred
