  1. Regional Sales And Business Manager (Enugu/Aba – East, Lagos - Lagos)

The successful candidates own responsibility for sales, business development and demand generation of the assigned territory. Specifics of the role include customer/territory management, field force leadership, trade relationship, and management as well as market/marketing development and activities.
Requirements:

  • B Pharm or first degree in any of the life-based science courses
  • With 2-3 years sales management experience.
  • Track record of success as a representative and field sales manager.
  • Mixed structured- multinational/indigenous environment experience is an advantage


  1. Brand Management Officer (Lagos)

Successful candidates will coordinate strategy/marketing management development effort and its implementation for the key brands of the company. The incumbent will also be involved in detailing-skill development of our detailers.
Requirements:

  • B Pharm or B Sc. ( biological sciences/human health sciences) or equivalent)
  • 3-5 years medical sales representation with good record of hospital promotion/demand generation for core ethical products
  • while experience is not compulsory, a good understanding of the role and its deliverable is required
  • Flair for analysis and attention to details.


  1. Medical Sales Representatives (Lagos, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Ibadan, Awka, Ilorin, Calabar, Abuja and Benin)

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for selling company products, awareness/demand-generation, business development and channel members’ relationship management.
Requirements:

  • B Pharm/BSc (Biological/Human/Animal Health Sciences)
  • 1-3 years of medical representation experience with record of positive performance and achievements


  • Strong hospital and ethical demand-generation/hospital promotion experience
  • High integrity index
  • Ability to drive, with valid driving licence





  1. Associate Medical Representatives. (Lagos, Ibadan, Abuja, Kaduna, Kano, Port Harcourt)

The successful candidate is expected primarily to generate demand, awareness-drive for client’s product within the assigned territory. You will be provided with initial extensive training and follow up coaching for up to 6 months. If your performance is deemed highly satisfactory, you may be upgraded to substantive Medical Sales Representative position, which has more generous conditions of service and attracts official car.
Requirements:

  • B Pharm or B Sc. (health/biological Sciences or equivalent)
  • No experience required, but flair for sales is needed
  • Self-starter, ambitious, excellent communication and interpersonal skills



  1. Canvassers/Market-Activators (Lagos)

Key responsibilities include Improving access, visibility and shelf-presence of client’s products at retail end as well as expanding coverage across geographical locations in Lagos

Qualifications:

  • Minimum OND or equivalent
  • Age: 20-30
  • Experience in direct marketing, market activation/storming, etc. will be an advantage.
  • Self-starter, ambitious and aggressive.
  • Ready and willing to work and to produce results.
