Job Description:
Purpose of the job To work and advice Notore in all legal and regulatory
aspects of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities
•Assists the Company Secretary in all aspects of company secretarial duties.
•Prepares Statutory Documents for filing.
•Researches into a variety of legal issues and writes legal opinions.
•Prepares and reviews Contracts and Agreements.
•Liaises with Governmental Agencies.
•Prepares and maintains detailed compliance manual and provide status report on all
compliance issues concerning the Company.
•Monitoring and communicating regulatory amendments and the associated impact to
the organisation.

Knowledge
•Company, Commercial, Contract, Tort, Copyright/Trademark and Immigration
Laws.
•Regulatory Permits required for the business.
•Statutory required corporate reports and documentation.

Situational requirements
May be required to go on frequent travels outside the work station.

An inquisitive and organised mind.

Role to play
Provider of information, assistance and information.

Computer skills
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint.

Management ability
Working flexibly in a team environment and dealing with simultaneous, multiple

L.L.B (Law)
Required Skills:
•Communication skills - able
to develop a close and effective
working relationship with
external and internal partners
at all levels.
•Highly organised with the
ability to manage a wide and
complex agenda
•Practice a high level of
confidentiality.
Experience:
At least 5 years of cumulative
legal practice in the following
fields; Company Secretarial,
Legal Research, Litigation,
Copyright/Trademark Law,
Commercial Law and
Immigration Law.
