As a result of rapid growth and expansion, a top Health Management Organisation is seeking to engage the following Medical Professionals to join its dynamic team in various affiliate Hospitals in the following areas:

Lagos
Abuja


Candidates are expected to currently reside in their areas of interest.

1. Site Nurse


Location: Lagos and ABuja


Major Job Responsibility:


- Validate and verify claims through retrospective reviews and placing calls to enrollees on claims list.

- Authenticate authorization by spot checks/visits.

- Conduct review of admissions and surgeries.

- Conduct random checks on case notes for quality care assessment.

- Collate data from encounter, utilization, case notes (diagnosis

and treatment)
- Follow up matters, issues and/or complaints to ensure they are

resolved and achieve satisfactory result for both the customer and the

Company.


- Coordinate correspondences between the Company and the Hospital


Qualifications required (Compulsory):

? Nursing Certificate

? Degree in Nursing Science (i.e. BNSc) or at least a post Basic Nursing Certificate


Other Certifications (Nice to have but not compulsory):

? Basic Life Support skills
? Family planning Certificates
? Hospital Management certificate


Skills:
? Basic Computer skills
? Clinical knowledge
? Administrative knowledge
? Good Communication skills


Added advantage:
? Knowledge of terrain as applicable

Knowledge of at least one of the three major languages in Nigeria



Work Experience:
Minimum 1 year work experience
