Lovery Consulting is seeking a young and experienced attorney barred in Nigeria to join her team and to practice in the firm. As an attorney, this position provide legal service to lovery's workforce and Businesses and Clients. As an Attorney in Lovery, you will work on complex financial, product liability, intellectual property and various commercial litigation matters. You will also provide critical document review service to corporations and third parties.

Duties include:
- To act as solicitor and Attorney for Lovery, her businesses and for her Cleints on all matters
- Registrations and filling services, secreterial services, managing litigation for all Lovery and clients,
regulatory and compliance research and general risk management.
- Manage end-to-end legal transaction activities for Lovery with the possibility of expanded responsibility for other Client’s businesses.
- Oversee and manage company's conflict of interest policy and process.
- Remain current on regulatory and legal developments impacting the Lovery business.
- Develop and maintain strategic corporate relationships and coordinate with other in-house counsel or external counsel as needed.
- Participate in management teams, helping to issue spot and set the legal agenda for Lovery and other businesses as assigned
- Respond to client needs and timelines in a manner consistent with legal ethics and corporate compliance responsibilities.
- Review, draft, and negotiate agreements with customers, client's, vendors, resellers and other third parties, including data licenses, software and intellectual property licenses, reseller agreements, service agreements, and supply agreements for Lovery businesses and clients
- Provide data privacy and security regulatory advice
- Assist with government contracting and compliance, including teaming agreements, RFP responses, subcontracting agreements, FOIA requests and defense
- Work closely with the contracts administration team and assist with training and counseling contracts administration team members
- Research and recommend opportunities and threats for Lovery, her businesses and clients through all available media
