Responsibilities:
o The successful candidate will possess a thorough understandingof the business channel, with appropriate product knowledge, understanding ofbusiness processes, organizational concepts, and a solid ability to communicateeffectively both orally and in writing.
o Must possess strong public speaking and presentation skills aswell as possess above average organizational skills and the ability to workwith all levels of the organization as well as with manufacturers andresellers.
o Conduct extensive market research prior to starting up of new product line and business and continuegathering information throughout the life of the business.
o Prepare a detailed business plan so not lose sight of thecompany’s goals and objectives.
o Secure sufficient financial resources for future development orexpansion.
o Network with other business people and establish a supportgroup.
o Attend workshops, trade shows, and seminars to keep up-to-dateon changes in the industry.
o Take responsibility for the daily internal operations of thebusiness, create processes and ensure total compliance to its implementation.
o Adopt a team approach; work with others in pursuing commongoals.
o Develop a situation analysis of the company including itsstrengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the developmentof a strategic plan for the future of the business.
Qualification:
o A University degree in any of the social science discipline.
o Professional knowledge relationship management and excellentpast track records in new business sourcing & acquiring..
o Excellent past track records in new business sourcing &acquiring.
o Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation andpresentation skills.
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
o Thorough knowledge of proposal.
