• Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
• Previous M/E experience
• Familiarity with PEPFAR indicators
• A university degree in medicine preferred but a degree in pharmacy or nursing may be considered
• Readiness to travel regularly to rural health facilities and work under pressure
