Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc. Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams. Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in your designated region. Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers. Managing and interpreting customer requirements. Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions. Meeting regular sales targets. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education. Responsible for the training and development of all Administrative and Logistics personnel . Completing a staff performance evaluation of Administrative and Logistics personnel. Creating and updating administrative, procurement and logistical policies, guidelines and procedures, and ensure that these policies and procedures are implemented.
