GENERAL MANAGER IS REQUIRED
A mid-sized indigenous company with a focus on renal care solutions whose vision is to deliver exemplary services in the healthcare sector by meeting expectations and standard seek to employ a General Manager with sales expertise to drive the company to the next level.
Requirements and qualifications:
• Relevant university degree
• A minimum of 10 years experience in sales and marketing; of which 5years would have been in a leadership position in the healthcare industry
• Must have strong skills in strategy formulation, execution of marketing plans, leadership and communication
Responsibilities:
• The ideal candidate, will be responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s positioning, marketing strategy, sales budgeting and sales performance
• He will be able to give strategic leadership, improve sales and deepen existing customer relationships while establishing new relationships.
• On a day-to-day basis, the candidate will be expected to oversee the execution of the company’s marketing strategy, drive the vision of the company while motivating team members to achieve set targets within an established framework.
