GENERAL MANAGER (5-Star Hotel Experience) NEEDED
A renowned five Star hotel located on the mainland is in urgent need of a General Manager. The Ideal candidate will be in charge of both operational and administrative leadership and coordinates the provision of high quality services by the entire staff of the hotel. The General Manager ensures optimum performance and continual improvement in the five Key Result Areas (guest service, employees, sales/marketing, property appearance, and profit/financial control. Coordinates, directs and manages the staff and everyday hotel operations. The GM reports to the Board of Directors.

Requirements:
• Minimum of relevant first a degree
• Minimum of 5 years experience being in a similar position,
• Good analytical mind,
• sense of organization and ability to work as a team leader
• Good knowledge of Financial Management is an essential strength
• Preferably an expatriate

Responsibilities:
• He is to ensure the organization and planning of hotel services, from maintaining financial records to marketing the property to prospective customers
• Managing the budget and achieving particular profit goals.
• Hotel managers are also in charge of personnel. He recruits and approves new staff members, as well as monitoring, training and planning work schedules.
• Hotel managers often address customer that require management attention and to ensure that things run smoothly and that supplies and security are in place.
• Observe and monitor workers' performance to make sure that company rules and procedures are being followed.
• Confer and cooperate with other department managers to coordinate hotel activities
