Lorient Harbour Guest House is a premier luxury accommodation strategically located in a choice area in Victoria Island, Lagos State, the commercial hub of Nigerian business landscape. We currently need the services of qualified candidate to join our workforce.

Responsibilities:
Plan, collect, organise food and commodities for menus.
Prioritise menus, recipes and task sheets.
Read recipes, menus, and orders.
Prepare and use specialised kitchen equipment for use.
Plan and organise logical work sequences within time restraints.
Communicate with other staff members of the kitchen team and food service staff.
Work cooperatively with other members of the kitchen team.
Identify and respond to conflict situations within kitchen environment .

Qualifications/Experience:
He must be grounded in kitchen management and control and should be able to prepare international/ Local dishes and cuisines.
At least 8 years’ experience in similar capacity and environment.
He must possess OND/HND in catering management and certificate in food handling.
