The Nigeria Program: URC is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to assist in the implementation of a CDC-funded PEPFAR program for comprehensive HIV/AIDS care and treatment program in Enugu State, Nigeria. The five-year program is currently in Year 5 and supports 54 health facilities in Enugu State and Ebonyi State with an office in Enugu. PEPFAR program areas under this program are: ART (adult and pediatric), PMTCT, HCT (counseling and testing), TB/HIV, Laboratory infrastructure, Basic Care and Support (adult and pediatric), and OVC. Responsibilities: The Administrative Executive will be responsible for the following: · Schedule executive meetings and travel plans for the chief of Party.
· Manage and maintain the chief of Party’s schedules and appointments
· Assist the chief of Party in all possible works including, preparing documents and presentations.
· Prepare responses to routine inquiries as directed by the chief of party
· File and retrieve documents and reference materials
· Monitor deadlines and alert the chief of party as needed
· Arrange and coordinate close out related meetings and events
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: · Bachelors degree or Higher National Diploma in a health related field or social science
· Organized individual familiar with development work
· Experience working with an NGO engaged in HIV control preferred
· Good Computer skills including familiarity with MS word, power point and Excel
· Excellent interpersonal skills with an eye to detail
· Ability to work under pressure and sometimes for long hours.
