Job Objectives | - Ensure safe and professional riding manner and act in accordance with traffic rules.
- Ensure safe delivery of all customer orders and other activities.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: | - Ensure that the motorbike is clean and adequately maintained for operation.
- Ensure effective and efficient delivery of orders to the appropriate destination.
- Communicate regularly with the Sales and Operation departments on the delivery status of orders.
- Ensure the bike is driven in accordance with the traffic rules and company procedures, ensuring the safety of the general public.
- Ensure defensive riding is practiced throughout every journey while being aware of potential hazards and ways to avoid them.
- Report all incidents involving injury or damage to property to the appropriate quarters immediately.
- Promote the company brand and endeavour to enhance the company’s image through appearance and behaviour.
- Handle any emergency situations in accordance with company procedure.
- Provide daily status reports to Sales Executives, Retail Manager and the Farm Manager.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Chief Operations Officer, Retail Manager, Farm Manager and Sales Executives.

Competency and Skills Requirements: | - Good knowledge of national routes.
- Basic knowledge of traffic rules.
- Oral & Written Communication skills
- Ability to transmit information effectively i.e. in clear, unambiguous terms to employees, management and other stakeholders.
- Possession of inter-personal skills (Ability to interact effectively with people; staff and customers inclusive).
- Good customer service orientation (Ability to develop, build and maintain relationships with customers).
- Sound ethics and integrity.
- Must be discernibly honest and of consistent upright character

Minimum Qualifications: | - A minimum of SSCE/GCE/NECO Certificate or its equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years riding experience.
Must possess the relevant class and valid license for the position. |
