A reputable company seeks to recruit a suitable candidate to fill this position.

Responsibilities:

Answers customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, equipment, claims, and reports problem areas.

Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions

Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.

Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.

Complete call logs and reports.

Research billing issues.

Research misapplied payments.

Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.

Recommend process improvements.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of B.Sc. in any related discipline

At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position

Applicants must be willing to work in Lagos.

A strong customer focus and passion to provide an outstanding level of service

Outstanding communication, lateral thinking and interpersonal skills

Pleasant telephone manner

Ability to handle a large volume of telephone enquiries

Good organizational and priority management skills

Ability to handle difficult situations whilst remaining calm and in control

Computer literacy with a working knowledge of word processing, spread sheets and databases

Ability to work flexibility hours

A team player
