Our client a building constructing firm requires the services of a qualified person to fill this position.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of the front desk/reception
- Answer internal phone calls and act on information accordingly
- Develop and manage good relationship with the customers and visitors
- Receives mails, dispatch mails, and keep records of all incoming correspondence
- Handling general enquiries and customers’ complaints and address them if possible
- Direct customer and visitors appropriately and not shabbily
- Data management activities
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Maximum of OND in related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- must be computer literate
- An individual with strong organization skills
- High proficiency in written and verbal communication.
