Our client a building constructing firm requires the services of a qualified person to fill this position.



Responsibilities:

  • In charge of the front desk/reception
  • Answer internal phone calls and act on information accordingly
  • Develop and manage good relationship with the customers and visitors
  • Receives mails, dispatch mails, and keep records of all incoming correspondence
  • Handling general enquiries and customers’ complaints and address them if possible
  • Direct customer and visitors appropriately and not shabbily
  • Data management activities




Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Maximum of OND in related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • must be computer literate
  • An individual with strong organization skills
  • High proficiency in written and verbal communication.
