Assistant Restaurant managers:
The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the proper and profitable running of the restaurant in line with the Company’s Standard of Operations

Requirements:
· At least 2 years professional work experience in the Food service Industry or a related sector
· Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and catering Management, Food Science & Technology or any relevant field with Second class degree or its equivalent
· Good knowledge and experience on Restaurant management
· Ability to demonstrate good leadership skill
· Well demonstrated people management skills and coordination
· Excellent communication skills
Unit Accountant:
§ Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking and finance or relevant field
§ At least one (1) year post NYSC experience in Accounting or related function

Inventory Officer:
§ Minimum of ND in Accounting or a related subject
§ At least 2 years work experience in a similar business
Chief Cook:
Minimum of ND in Catering & Hospitality Management
At least 5 years work experience in a related fast food

Chief Fryer:
Minimum of ND in Catering & Hospitality Management
At least 5 years work experience in a related fast food

Front of House Supervisor:
Minimum of ND in Catering & Hospitality Management
At least 5 years work experience in a related fast food
