Basic Function: Under the direction of the Manager, the Administrative officer will be responsible for the provision of administrative services to the company. Duties and Responsibilities: · Handle all photocopying assignments, development and printing of documents. · Assist in the provision of workshops and trainings. · Assist in the maintenance of an efficient records/storage of all office supplies. · Serve as point of contact for administrative needs in the department. · Coordinate all administrative services for the department (as relevant).. · Assist with production of presentation materials for staff members. · Perform any other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities. · Excellent written, oral, interpersonal and organization skills. · Ability to work well with others and to develop and maintain compatibility among project staff. · Well developed computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft office. .
