To study in Bulgaria, depends on ur course.....You wil need tuition fees of 3900euros yearly which is for 3yrs for undergraduate and postgrad for 4900euros yearly. Accommodation is 120euros monthly. Sept 2013 intake available now. You might want to try Cyprus: 4500euros yearly for tuition deposit(4yrs for degree programmes) and 100euros monthly for accomodatn. June 2013 intake available. For north Cyprus; 3690euros for tuition fees and 100euros for accomodatn and postgrad is 2300euros yearly.
Hungary: you can get a degree course for as low as $5,500 yearly depends on ur course. Sept 2013 intake available too.
