1. APPLICATION STAGE:You are required to apply through the Joint online application portal.The application for the 2011-2012 session has started since on the 3rd of this month(January) and you are expected to apply on time to avoid delays in the process.This is because the application is treated on FIRST-COME,FIRST-SERVE bases.The application will be closing on the 15th of February.Please take!

2. ENTRANCE EXAMINATION INVITATION STAGE:You will be invited for an entarnce exam once they have received your application and the neccessary documents that you are expected to send to your school of first choice.This entrance exam is usually conducted in Ghana any time from April each year.This is very important!!

3. ADMISSION STAGE: Few weeks after entrance exam,the names of all the SUCCESSFUL applicants are published on the websites of their school of first choice and the admission letters sent out to all the successful applicants.This usually takes place between the ending of May to June each year.

4. VISA APPLICATION STAGE: As soon as you receive your letter of admission,you are expected to write the embassy to book for your visa interview and before you go for the interview,you are also expected to have sent all the required documents to them before your interview date.THIS IS THE STAGE THAT YOU MUST TAKE VERY SERIOUSLY BECAUSE WITHOUT THIS STAGE,ALL YOUR EFFORT WILL BE ZERO.please take note!!!

5. FINAL STAGE: If you have been granted your Visa,you will be required to buy your travelling ticket and fly straight to Europe for your studies.
