The competition is rigorous and those who graduated 5% on top of their class are favored for arts merit scholarships. School of Engineering Scholarship Awards: The University will award scholarships to 50 students coming to the university to study engineering and engineering-related disciplines in 2014/2015 academic session. Information Technology Merit Scholarship Awards: 50 students coming to the University to study Information Technology in 2014/2015 academic year will be awarded the first Level 1 Merit Scholarship Award. Highly competitive and rigorous. Amount: $5,000 (Five Thousand Dollars) for each student for full-time undergraduate studies for 4 years.Another set of 50 students coming to the University to pursue masters/PhD research degrees in Information Technology in 2014/2015 academic year will be awarded the second Level 2 Merit Scholarship Award. Desirable recipients must be holders of First Class or excellent Second Class Upper Division in bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or closely-allied discipline.
