REQUIRED SKILLS

• Must be computer literate with proficiency in the use of relevant software

• Must be able to create and maintain relationship with customers

DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make new contracts, win new customers accounts & maintain existing customers

• Prepare proposals and quotes

• Prepare and update sales reporting tools

• Place order and ensure complete delivery

• Channel customer feedback appropriately

• Keep up to date records of sales and collection

• Keep all customer documents filed on the PC, and back up with hard copy

• Prepare daily, weekly and quarterly feedback

• Ensure customer satisfaction

• Active involvement in sales promotion events

Education:
