I can understand when people are annoyed but it is not ideal to use the word "thief" on somebody that you don't know.

We are one of the firms here that always display our office address for people to come and make enquiries and has helped a lot of students in their admission process.

What I think you should have done is to ask for explanations on the fees stated.

What students are paying is the application fee which is paid to the school and the school accepts only $ US Dollars that is why we state and prefer dollars.

Also, It is not compulsory that we get you a Student Pass and process your VISA.
You can do it by yourself if you choose to.

But if you want us to do it for you, then you have to pay our fee.

We have earned integrity and do not want anybody to use abusive word like "thief" on any staff or our company.

Admission into schools is free without paying any processing fees into schools in country like uk,malasia,norway,sweden etc,only few charge processing fee like usa and u pay $100.why are u charging $400 for malasia?that is over #61000 only for admission,when malasia is free application.you will make up to $1400 on a person that apply thru u,that is over #216000 .most of dis agent are making too much money from innocent Nigerians,i know of one,QUALIWORLD he charges #10000 for form,#50000 for verication of result,#120,000 office charge,and some other charges.in summary day are making life difficult for prospecting students

You are right in your opinion, but we are definitely not out to rip people off.
Whatever fee we set has been reduced and options are always open to student to take.

Also there are other agents if you feel that you cannot afford our service.
We at Netxpert Solutions don't compromise with our price once it is set because that will help us to put smile on the student face instead of telling stories after. So it is either you take it or leave it.

Our clients has always been satisfied with our services. Better pay and get what you need than going with quarks who will charge you less only to discover that what they charged cannot meet with the processing fee and then they will start hiding.

No school in Malaysia can process admission without application fee.
