yes ,i got the same mail from them and i,ve just sent my passport.i think u should send it and wait for the next thing. goodluckk!

It's a big scam beware.I got d same msg,sent my passport photo then they told me i had gotten a job and said i should send 7800 naira.It is FAKE

i just recieve a mail from them today stating UNICEF JOB APPROVED. that i should pay 9800 naira for induction fee into a private account and not the organisation's account.

thou the letter stats:As part of UNICEF staff licensing policy you are to pay an Induction/Licensing fee of Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Naira Only,(N9,800.00), is refundable at your first salary.

The Venue and date of orientation will be communicated as soon as your induction/licensing fee is confirmed by your group officials. and so on.

a friend told me it was a scam that i should not send anything

I got the same mail requesting for my passport.
I made a mistake of sending out my passport b4 i realise that they are 419. the day i sent my passport was the day they reply me that i am employed, i should pay a total sum of N9,800 into uba acc. Abuja. Unicef will not request any money for employment, nor using yahoo for recruitment. they have their private dormain account.
