I receieve a text message from this company and a mail asking to pay 1500 naira,I went to their office in kano,I met a man that explian that they are trying the e-test to reduce the risk of travelling and also the money is meant to pay the ICT companyBut for me it is not their fault it is fed govt who refusde to give us job and also they first start itWe pay for frsc, short service,ndlea,police, all this people will always ask people to pay b4 submittingWell their office is big in kano
