Responsibilities:

Manage Database,

Reply Webmails,

Incharge of Office Recruitment.

Deal directly with customers either by telephone or face to face

Handles Sales and Stock.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries

Handle and resolve customer complaints and After-sales

Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

Manage administration

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Follow up on customer interactions

Qualifications and Requirements:

B.Sc in any relevant field

Must reside in Lagos.

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Numeric, oral and written language applications

Product knowledge.

Interpersonal skills, listening skills and communication skills – verbal and written

Problem analysis and problem-solving

Hardworking, must be active and agile.
