goto www.iec.org. Register as a member then proceeed to thier online education. You would see quite a handful and invaluable information on telecoms and latest technologies in pdf.
I leanrt qiute a great deal from them when i was trying to get a job with MTN.
The best part of it is that its FREE, it won't cost you a dime if you are using a free internet connection.
I'd advise you install a donwlaod manager so that you can download much.
