In 2006, my mentor told me that the reason a lot of Employees are not getting job is that, they are not bringing exceptional value to the market. That word struck me, because I’d thought it was due to my grade other reason i could not get job.
He went further, “ Folorunsho, if you increase your value, employers will run after you will run after you".

I followed his advice, and I'm better off today.

You need to make your NYSC year count by getting marketable skills. Stand out from the pack. Do you often notice the section for professional qualifications in online vacancy from site. They are not there for fun. That's the separation line.
