1. HEAD OF ACCOUNT
QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc/HND in accounting with a minimum of second class/credit.
- ACA or ACCA membership is a requirement.
- Candidate must have proven ability, proficiency and experience in the use of at least one (1) accounting software.
- Minimum of five (5) years post qualification experience.
- Must be able to work under pressure and with no supervision.
- Working experience in an advertising agency will be an added advantage.

2. COMPANY SECRETARY
QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS
- First degree/HND with minimum of second class or upper credit in Law, Secretarial studies, English language, office technology or any relevant field.
- At least five (5) years of consistent office management and secretarial experience in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in the use of computer packages such as Microsoft word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, project office, access, etc.
- Membership of ICSA (Advantage).
- Ability to operate office equipment such as fax, photocopier, printers etc.
- Reviewing and editing proposals, reports and other correspondences.
- Preparing proposals, reports and other correspondences with the aid of various computer applications.
- Organizing and coordinating meetings as well as taking and preparing minutes of meetings.
- Ability to review newspapers/journals to provide relevant information as well conducts online searches.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Maintaining filing systems, schedules / calendars.
