Topic: the question that i feel like throwing back at an interviewer

Hi folks, i have attended quite a number of interviews, particularly, this year.

The most difficult quiz is the one they will ask you to tell about your weakness.what are the likely answers to this mind boggling quiz.

I will aprectiate your suggestions.

Hi, this is a tricky one. The truth is no one ever can boast of not having a weakness in his/ her strengths; you just have to bring in your stregths when talking about your weakness. I mean you have to be positive about yourself when talking about your (supposed) weakness to your interviewers.

Let's assume you get that question at an interview; you can say:
"People think I am too cheap and easygoing because I get along very well in teams. They fail to realise the value in team spirit for organisations. I believe any organisation I work for should have that team spirit among her employees to achieve those organisational goals";

"Few persons think I am 'not very fast' because I put in good time to achieve excellent results for my organisation. I am not bothered because of the passion to do my tasks and get excellent results and I still give good time to achieve that", or you can just go ahead to talk about a plus about you which people viewed negatively.
You notice you have not put yourself down, yet you likened the situation to a wrong perception of weakness from others.

If you can do this you will win the interviewers, I tell you.
