An essay about yourself is a simple thing, but you must remember one thing. You must always be straigh forward and conceptual in your words. Use words that are in cohesion.

First, you should start with a very brief introduction about yourself as in your name, where you hail from etc and also talk about your career prospect. The you can dabble into your educational life and on and on.....
