HOW TO BUY GOLD*
To buy gold, one should:
1- Go to dashboard, you will see 'Request to Buy Gold' from either Trader or merchant, select any of the duo, a list of number of traders/merchant who are having gold available will display.

2- Choose any Trader/merchant from the list,

3- Clicking on any trader will open a page for you to write the quantity you want buy and the price you can offer per gold.

4- After filling the desire gold and its offered price per gold, click on the 'Request' which will send a success screen asking you to wait for the Trader/merchant to either accept or Reject your buying request

NB: Traders don't accept offer below N11,000, but merchant may accept, if you are requesting from trader and you offer less than N11,000 he/she will reject your request.


5- If one request is accepted, he/she will receive notification SMS asking one to make payment as soonest as possible,

6- immediately after receiving the text, go back to your dashboard and click on the Hand-carrying-gold symbol at the left side of where it says ' REQUEST TO BUY GOLD). this will open for you both 'Incoming' and 'Outgoing' request, but since you are the one who initiated the request, you should check under the 'Outgoing Request' there you see the Request you made, Click on the 'Pay' bottom from the right end, if your request is accept , the 'Pay' bottom will work otherwise it won't,

7- if your request to buy is accepted, clicking on 'Pay' will display the Trader/merchant information which include; quantity of gold one requested, Bank account details and phone number, make payment and click on 'verify Payment ' at the bottom of the page to upload your payment teller. you may call the person to ask him check and confirm your payment.


8- from other end, the Trader/merchant selling the gold to you will go to his dashboard and Click on the symbol of Hand-carrying-Gold as you did, under incoming request he will see your request and process it, ( that's Accept if he sees alerts or Reject if he sees no alerts but please if you are the receiver, be patient to give a grace of 24hours before rejecting payment as bank alerts sometime do delay. once the merchant accept, his gold will be deducted and credited to your Saving wallet.

-Always check to see your incoming and outgoing request,
- Do not Accept payment until you see alerts and always be patient not to reject payment until after 24hours as bank alerts may delay.
-Do not make multiple request,
-always check both Incoming and Outgoing Request before making another.
How to sell gold?

1-Click on the your matured earning to enter into earning wallet, you will see withdraw option, click on it to select the quantity you want withdraw,

2- After withdrawing, selling option will be given to you, ( either market or Trader) now that market has not yet open, you should click on trader and select from a number of traders you see.
NB: Each trader has his/her particular sell/buying price –select a price you think is good for you to sell.
3- trader will see your selling request an accept then send you money.
