Job Accountabilities:
To lead the strategic business generation programme of the organization on a continuous basis towards achieving its long term plan to become the 3rd leading business org in Nigeria by 2015

Responsibilities:

Leading the business generation activities towards attainment of set goals
Promoting and sustaining a culture of business acquisition amongst employees
Developing and deepening relationships with new and existing customers
Articulating an IT driven Customer Acquisition and Growth Plan
Delivering timely and reliable environmental reporting of the activities
Enhancing communication with the chosen customers and markets
Representing the Company at public events relevant to our industry

Execution of Company’s Business Development Strategies
Number of Customers acquired by Sector
Leadership Quotient
Commission Income
Profitability
Service Level Agreement


Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven ability to lead and communicate with good knowledge of local and international market
Willingness to play by rules and convention innovatively
Entrepreneurial mindset with good appreciation of technology
Informed, excellent at managing relationships and focused on results
Superior ability to negotiate, keep the team and solve problems
