PUBLIC RELATIONS AND EVENT COORDINATOR

FUNCTION:
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate commercial and corporate events (Event management)
  • Liaise with sponsors and stakeholders for events

  • Media/ public relations
  • Marketing and customer communication
  • Reputation management, Image making and brand building
  • Corporate promotions
  • Internal Business Communications
  • Website Administration
  • Maximize visibility of organization using most cost - value effective means

REQUIREMENT:
  • BSc/ HND Mass communication or equivalent
  • At least 2 years work experience
  • Age not more than 35years old
  • Proof of excellent writing skill
  • Creative communication skill
  • Excellent inter-personal relationship skill
  • Demonstrable public relations skill
  • Proficient in the use of Facebook, Twitter, My Space and YouTube
  • Ability to work with different types of people
  • Knowledge of Night clubs, bars, hotels, and restaurant in Lagos and beyond
  • Strong links with Night clubs, bars, hotels, and restaurant
  • Experienced in event planning/ management (with portfolio) and advertising is added advantage.



IT/ WEB ADMINISTRATOR

FUNCTION:
  • Company website administration, website update, content management, data uploads
  • Office administrative work
  • Administer backend server from remote location
  • Maintain office server and network
  • Work with a team of developers when necessary


REQUIREMENT:
  • Experience and knowledge in IT services
  • Proficient in database admin using MYSQL, MS SQL server, etc
  • Understands web design and graphics software
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP and graphic design is essential
