We are a real estate agency firm located in Victoria Island, Lagos. We are currently undergoing expansion and urgently require qualified candidates to fill up the position of estate and marketing executives.

JOB TITLE: ESTATE/MARKETING EXECUTIVES


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sell and market real estate products to clients
Locate and identify new market areas within the company’s coverage area

Meet assigned monthly target
Source and sign on new clients’
Knowledge base for all Company products and services
Ensure clients’ satisfaction
Other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants should be between the ages of 27-35 years
Applicants should possess a degree in Marketing, Estate Management or any related field with natural flair for sales/marketing
A minimum of 2 years working experience. At least some experience in Real Estate sales/marketing Applicants should be familiar with Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, VGC and environs
Ability to market real estate products
Goal oriented, problem solving, Self driven and resourceful
Must be energetic, result oriented, self-motivated and focused
Positive mind-set and confidence
Ability to work under pressure
Effective communication skills
