JOB PROFILE:

A Training & Marketing Development Manager who oversees the professional growth and development of the company's services from Outsourcing to Recruitment /Placement to Training and Manpower development, etc.)

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Carry out inventory skills sets of various Corporate organisation to help determine their training needs.

2. Prepare and develop the company's annual training programme/brochure

3. Aggressively, market and create new clientèle for company services

4. Conduct training programme using in-house or 3rd party Resources/Facilitators

5. Provide guidance to trainers, help develop training material and ensure compliance with company's training standards

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

--A Masters degree in Management, Social Sciences, Humanity or other related disciplines

--Not less than 4 years Experience in an HR consulting firms

--Knowledge & skills of Computer and other electronic devices

--Expensive knowledge of Marketing, proposal writing and negotiation skills.

SKILLS & PERSONS' SPECIFICATIONS

--Must have strong oral & written communication skills

--Candidates must be able to work with or without minimum supervision

--Can work long hours and under work pressures

--Must have high organisation, management and peoples' skills


REMUNERATION:

Between N55,000 to N65,000 at entry level
