VACANCY: ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
A reputable partnership law firm based on the island in Lagos is currently looking to hire an administrative manager, responsible for the Administrative department with oversight function of the general office administration
Responsibilities
• Implement proposal in the strategic management report
• Supervise and monitor compliance with the firms procedure
• Supervise the completion of periodic administrative audit of the firm.
• Supervise the HR Director in the administration of hr trainings for non legal staff
• Supervise and coordinate performance appraisal of staff
• Supervise the financial director in the administrative of finance
• Supervise the Fleet manager
• Supervise the librarian
• Taking minutes of meeting during partner and subcommittee meetings.

REQUIREMENTS
• A minimum of Masters Degree in related discipline
• Knowledge of Accounting would be an added advantage.
• At least 3 years experience in similar position.
• Ability to manage a relatively busy office.
• He/she is preferably one with expertise in monitoring ISO and NSO compliance, among other general skills
