Job description:
1. Recruitment, selection & placement of staff
2. Organizing & coordinating induction programs for new employees
3. Develop and maintain employee database
4. Coordinate and administer the company’s staff performance appraisals
5. Administer welfare schemes for the company
6. Generate statistical report for decision making
7. Liaise with government officials / agencies
8. Provide assistance and guidance to employees under the company policy
9. Assist in coordinating operations in both administrative and technical units of the company i.e. seeing to the daily efficient running of the company
10. Closely supervise the Property Maintenance, Customer Relations & Public Relations Units
11. Ensure effective & efficient reception / front desk activities
12. Office Administration i.e. preparation of letters, correspondences, proposals, memos, reports etc
13. Ensure proper filing of documents for easy accessibility & ensure official records are kept with Ms word, excel etc
14. Generation of statistical reports for decision making
15. Handling Insurance matters
16. Ensure proper maintenance of all company equipment
17. Supervise activities of contract cleaners.
18. Supervise & ensure perfect working condition of generator(s)
19. Ensure proper maintenance of all vehicles
20. Supervise purchase of fuel, diesel etc
21. Ensure utility bills are forwarded & payments made promptly
22. Ensure proper inventory & asset numbering
23. Preparation of weekly/monthly reports
24. Other duties assigned to from time to time
