Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Description
1. Deliver full recruitment services including front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and employee offers.
2. Assist with the identification of training needs, the selection, development and delivery of appropriate programs.
3. Handle Payroll Administration
4. Source for qualified personnel for the company as need arises.
5. Developing procedures covering workforce discipline, and exist management, as well as general employee policy manual.
6. Handle daily personnel administration tasks and support staff requests in the areas of annual leave administration, staff loans, medical processing, club memberships etc.
7. Perform strategic business advisory role to management to ensure manpower is focused in achieving organisational goals.
8. Co-ordinate the development and maintenance of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for the company.

Qualification & Experience
1. A first degree preferably in Social, Human and or Behavioral Sciences A professional qualification will be added advantage.
2. At least Five (5) years relevant experience, in HR.
3. Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
4. A flexible team player with a proven ability to work successfully in a matrix reporting environment.
5. Good communication skills.
7. Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels;
8. A proven track record of 'making a difference';
