RECEPTIONISTS/SECRETARY

Job Description

A Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) is looking for a suitably qualified person to fill the vacancy for a Receptionist/Secretary in a pharmaceutical company that provides recruitment services to its clients
Responsibilities:

  • To act as office manager and customer relations executive.
  • To act as secretary, providing administrative support.


Requirements:

  • PR skills Computer literate Basic book keeping skills Grooming Good diction and communication skills Pleasant disposition.
  • Minimum of HND.
  • Previous experience in a similar position would be an added advantage .
  • Must good communication skills.
